1. Open a Terminal Window
   
2. Check if Python Setuptools are Installed on Mageia

   which easy_install

   If Not Find Install the Python Setuptools on Debian with:

   su

   urpmi python-setuptools

   if Urpmi Do Not Work then SetUp the Mageia Urpmi Repositories:

   Mageia Repositories SetUp

3. Install the Python Pip

   easy_install pip
