2. Open Dolphin File Manager
   
   
3. Right-Click on the VMWare-Tools Archive and Select Extract Archive to...

   Browser for the /tmp Directory as Destination.

   
   
4. Open a Terminal Window:
   
   
   
5. Installing the Required gcc & Kernel-Headers:
   After you follow to Find and Install needed Kernel's Headers.
   Find Headers:
   

   su

   apt-get install gcc linux-headers-$(uname -r)

   In Case you Cannot Find/Install the Kernel Headers Look:

   Debian Cannot Install Headers

   Debian VMWare Tools Installation Cannot Find/Install Kernel Headers.
   Before starting to install check than kernel's headers are in the right location:
   

   ls /usr/src/linux-headers-$(uname -r)

   This should give you an input like this below:
   

   
   arch  include  Makefile  Module.symvers  scripts
   

   
   Now your system should be Ready for VMware Tools installation.
   
6. VMWare Tools Installation:
   • Access the Target Directory
     

     cd /tmp/vmware*

   • To Get Enabled the Shared Folders Apply Patch:

     VMWare-Tools Patch

     Contains Easy-Patch+Instructions 4 VMWareTools Installation on Linux Distros.
   • Execute Installation Script

     ./vmware-install.pl

     Follow to Accept All the Default Proposed Settings...
