VMware Fusion 5 How-to Boot Virtual Machine from USB Drive/Stick

  1. Download Plop Bootmanager Tool:

    Plop Bootmanager .zip
  2. Unzip

  3. Connecting the USB Drive/Stick.

    VMware Fusion SetUp Boot from USB

  4. Select the plpbt.iso Image as CD/DVD Drive.

  5. SetUp to Boot from the CD/DVD Drive.

  6. On Virtual-Machine Booting Screen Select USB.
